1. IBI Instructor Therapists

AlphaBee provides treatment programming in Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI), ABA and other behavioural services to children and youth with autism. As such, AlphaBee offers both centre-based and home-based services through the GTA and surrounding regions. AlphaBee's clinical team consists of Instructor Therapists, Senior Therapists and Clinical Supervisors.
The ideal candidate has working experiences in either/both centre-based and home-based environments, implementing child-specific Intensive Behaviour Intervention programming based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, preparing of teaching materials, implementing individualized programming, monitoring the client's progress through detailed data collection and graphing, writing of reports and progress notes and participating with the Clinical Team in the program planning process.
A qualified candidate will posess a college diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline; strong knowledge of the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and experience in Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI); superior oral and written communication skills; confidence in working with complex special needs clients, pre and school aged; a minimum of one year of direct experience, a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently while following clinical directives; an enthusiastic and energetic person with passion for working with children; current police check is required; provincial training will be considered an asset.
