Bradey Schrock
Clinical Manager and Senior Therapist (ST)Bradey Schrock, BCaBA, is a Clinical Manager and Senior Therapist at AlphaBee. She became a Board Certified assistant Behaviour Analyst in 2018. Bradey is also a certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist, effective at teaching language and social engagement during play activities. Bradey has over 9 years experience in the field, beginning with AlphaBee in 2012. Bradey’s career in ABA has grown to include a variety of approaches starting with a focus in Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Direct Instruction (DI) paired with a Verbal Behaviour approach, then to a natural approach through teaching with ESDM, to increasing generalization using the EBIC (degli Espinosa, 2011). Bradey has also learned, with consultation from FTF consulting, to use Dr. Hanley’s practical functional assessment and skills-based treatment for problem behaviour. Bradey has also written 2 articles for the Autism Ontario Autism Matters magazine. She has a special interest in developing Social Skills and School Readiness programming using a variety of approaches she has learned over the years.
