Mesha Gabbidon, BA is a Senior Therapist with 12 years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Mesha has graduated with a Psychology Degree, a Behavioural Science Technology Diploma and a Behavioural Science with Honours Certificate. She is currently pursuing national certification in ABA. Mesha has made the transition from Instructor Therapist to Senior Therapist within her career at AlphaBee. She has worked in centres, homes and the community, providing 1:1, group and remote services. Throughout her career, Mesha has collaborated with parents, caregivers, educators and other professionals in the field. She employs an Applied Verbal Behaviour approach delivering both Discrete Trial Instruction and Natural Environment Teaching. Her focus is on pairing, engagement, rapport building with the client and family, mand training, reducing problem behaviour and skill building. Mesha is passionate about acknowledging and strengthening the abilities of those she works with and nurturing their self development. She thrives to find creative ways to teach and facilitate skills. Her goal is to make lifelong learning fun!
